“We enjoyed a four night midweek stay at this beautiful property. The decor is truly stunning throughout the hotel , the restaurant excellent and staff attentive and helpful. The grounds are extensive and beautiful and the hotel is situated in a very rural area with plenty of interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. The dark night skies make for excellent star gazing!”

“We were arriving late but they wait for us and gave us the keys and checking process was very fast and good.”

“Everything was great - no issues. Car parking was also well integrated but it appeared to be only 24hr blocks. Might be handy if you arrive early to be able to get 26 or 30 if exploring the next day. Room was large and airy, nicely decorated and bathroom was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Only thing I couldn't locate was info about mini bar and if the water in the fridge was complimentary or chargeable. I'd happily stay again.”

“Everything was really good , the only issue was the weather was very hot, there’s no air conditioning. It’s not something you consider when staying in England normally. But there were two fans in the room. It’s a beautiful old building with lots of charm.”

“Room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Blackout blind was a great aid to a good night's sleep as was the very comfortable bed. Powerful shower was greatly appreciated. Breakfast room was very elegant and the breakfast served was both plentiful and delicious. Loved spending time in this characterful, historic property ideally placed for visiting the main attractions Tewkesbury has to offer.”
