“My room was simple but comfortable. There’s a good spread and variety for breakfast, which is included. Dinner is available (at an extra cost) and is well worth it. Close to the Mountain Museum (walking distance). There’s a bus that goes into Bolzano/Bozen, bus stop is less than 5 mins away and it takes about 20 mins to get into the city. The staff are exceptional — helpful and kind. Beautiful, scenic surroundings.”

“I booked the hotel at the last minute, as I was travelling through the region. I pre-booked dinner and breakfast, but unfortunately I arrived past the 9 pm for dinner. The staff had seen my reservation, saw that I wanted dinner, and had kept some food aside for my arrival 45 minutes later. The food was delicious. Additionally in the morning, I was leaving before breakfast, and the staff brought out breakfast early. I have not had such good service at hotel for a very long time. The manager...

“Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot.
