Nice stay Nice and clean room Very sweet receptionist and waitress in the morning restaurant But impossible to have a sunbed at the pool - everyone leave their towels in hours without using the area

Very nike hotel and staff. 2 restaurants and they did a HUGE diff to solve food to me at the little restaurant near the camp area. (multi allergic) We stayed at the guest house in a newly renovated room, so nice! The beeakfast hood and with a lot of diff food. We will be back ❤️

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Empfang war etwas frostig aber trotzdem freundlich. Bei Frühstück wurde kein Omlett oder Rührei gereicht. Das war etwas schade

Perfekter Familienurlaub mit Kleinkind – Absolute Empfehlung! ​Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Steiner und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! ​Für Familien mit Kleinkind ist das Hotel einfach ideal. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind toll renoviert, gemütlich und bieten wirklich bequeme Betten zu fairen Preisen. ​Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück, auf das wir uns jeden Morgen riesig gefreut haben. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an frischen, regionalen und selbstgemachten Produkten – besonders die Apfelprodukte aus eigenem Anbau waren fantastisch. ​Auch die Poollandschaft hat uns begeistert: Der Außenpool sowie der Innenpool mit separatem Kinderbecken sind sehr schön und wirken ziemlich neu. Alles ist super sauber, was übrigens auch für den dazugehörigen Campingplatz gilt. Die Parkplatzsituation ist manchmal etwas schwierig, da einige Gäste leider unachtsam über zwei Parkplätze hinweg parken. Das schmälert den ansonsten großartigen Gesamteindruck aber kaum. ​Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub, wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal!

Hotel amplo, localizado cerca de 10 minutos de Bolzano, com fácil acesso de carro, rodeado por lindas montanhas. Há estacionamento gratuito no hotel. Quarto 102 é amplo, espaçoso, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis de frente para as montanhas. Apesar do quarto ser de frente para a rua, o quarto é extremamente silencioso. Banheiro com bom tamanho, com ducha quentinha. Apenas a qualidade das toalhas poderia ser melhor. Amplo armário para guardar roupas, sapatos e malas. Há 2 restaurantes, ambos com pratos saborosos e com preços justos. Café da manhã sensacional, delicioso com vários produtos locais e caseiros de excelente qualidade. Só senti falta de suco de laranja feito na hora. Atendimento espetacular. Conexão de internet boa.

Meine Frau und ich waren das erste Mal dort, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool / Garten. Hotel prenotato come “base” per assistere alla partita di calcio e devo dire di aver trovato un hotel fantastico A circa 10min di auto dallo stadio ed 15 min dal centro di Bolzano Camere spaziose,pulite e moderne La mia stanza aveva anche un balcone spazioso che sicuramente nei periodi caldi è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi Colazione molto buona,varia ed intercontinentale Personale disponibile e pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità Posto auto in loco Hanno il ristorante ma sfortunatamente non ho potuto provare anche se il menù era molto interessante Consiglio sia come base per una notte che per una vacanza Complimenti a tutto lo staff
