“Fantastic place. Perfect for getting out into the hills. ”

“Lovely friendly, helpful staff, comfy beds, a great breakfast and a nice atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Building interior is a bit dated.”

“Lovely place and accommodates large parties. Plenty of room and good location. Beautiful outdoor space Disappointed on the cleanliness. Lots of dust and a dirty shower mat and shower room”

“I was here for work, so slightly different priorities. But I enjoyed breakfast in my room and the whole order the night before set up, which included the time you wished to eat. Breakfast was good. this also meant the room had a table, which in my situation was very useful. Tea and coffee etc could be replenished from hall box. Good quality toiletries. Comfortable bed. Car parking on site, in fact very convenient all round.”

“Tons of character”

“Easy to find in the centre of the town, friendly personnel.”

“A very lovely Victorian house. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you.”

“The room was gorgeous and Sue is the kindest person. Lots of attention to detail and the little things that make your stay special. One issue was low water pressure in the shower due to a temperamental electric device that runs the shower head.”

“Cerca de todo y sin problemas para aparcar. El desayuno delicioso. La dueña un encanto.”

“Great room, bed, air conditioning and general vibe. Would return happily”

“muy buena”

“Stayed whilst visiting the Lakes. Hotel was perfect for us as a family with children age 10 to 16. The buffet breakfast was a good selection, children loved the pancake machine. We also loved the pool, you had to pay extra but I felt this was worth it, the pool was a good size and steam room, sauna and jacuzzi nice for adults to relax. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, nice reception area with lovely open fire to sit by.”

“Staff could not have been more helpful. Home from home with super public areas and wonderful food. A gem we will visit again soon!”
