Vacations Close To Lake Myrtle Sports Complex

It was a newly remodeled property. Everything was real nice. Ran smooth. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had no idea when booking that it was such a big hotel. Out room was at the very end of the property and to get to the pools or shops was hard since we didn't have a car. They have a shuttle to get around the property but it was raining during our stay and it was better to just walk there rather than sit and wait. Also the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and they didn't provide at least a couple water bottles like other hotels. We are a family of 3 stayed there 3 nights and only provided a tiny shampoo and conditioner. I had to request more and then they brought me like 4-5 more of each. Another thing I was not happy about was that the Waterpark is not included with your stay. That is additional and it would had been great to know before booking.

At a regular hotel, housekeeping comes every day to clean your room. But not here. They don't provide any housekeeping service unless you stay for more than two weeks, and even then, they only come once. Despite providing absolutely no cleaning service, they still charge a $35 daily resort fee. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have stayed at this place. You have no idea how frustrating and exhausting it is to stay for an entire week without having your room cleaned even once. I've stayed at many hotels in my life, but I have never experienced anything like this. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
