The room is average. The front desk staff was quite good. Fast check-in. The trouble came at breakfast the next morning. It is a buffet you could get at a Comfort Inn for free. They were gonna charge us $79 for two adults plus a toddler until I showed them the email that we had a breakfast credit. Understaffed, dirty tables, were never offered coffee, and several other patrons were confused as well. We weren’t the only ones having this trouble. We stood around the front desk waiting to be seated and no one showed. Eventually I pulled someone to the side that said “ we are all doing a little bit of everything.“ We won’t be back.
