“We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. “The hotel needs really renovation for the price they are charging, you could see the furnitue with scratches. The pool is great but interior. Water a bit cold. the room was really good and the bed very comfortable. Staff very friendly. We had a problem with the reservation as it didn´t show breakfast included but i was sure i booked it with breakfast in hoteles.com. The staff was very friendly and they gave us breakfast free for the three nights.”
