The room was clean, and the staff were great. Communal areas could do with some updating and attention to detail. The location is great, and easy walk to a lok of places, and access to public transport. The biggest issue was the slow/unreliable wifi. We were informed on check in that it was being worked on and should be fine later, however; for the rest of the week, it was really slow when it worked.

Rooms are dated and small all hotels sell 2 person occupancy yet there’s hardly enough room for one mid sized suitcase, washroom so small you have to straddle toilet close door to get into shower,towels are hard and scratchy. The old nightstand console for lights and ac needs to go. They had excellent breakfast selection but very pricy.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s within walking distance to Victoria Harbour, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Getting around is easy with taxis and public transport close by, and the area feels very lively. Breakfast was also good, with a nice variety to start the day.

Dated property but there was a miscommunication between Expedia and hotel about the configuration required. They put us in room with 1 king bed plus cot as opposed to 2 queen beds on first night. There were no other rooms available to rectify the situation but switched us back to 2 queens as requested from 2nd night onwards. No offer to compensate for the inconvenience etc. Breakfast prices seemed exorbitant. Good location.

You just can't beat the location. It is located in TST right next to the MTR station. This is a very outdated hotel and there are definitely other hotels that are much more modern with better toilet facilities (e.g. toilet has no bidet, there was some exposed wiring in the bathroom). This hotel could definitely use an upgrade. However, the rooms were clean, and even on a low floor it wasn't noisy at all.
