I had a wonderful stay here. The location is excellent for getting around, and the room itself was incredibly spacious and clean. The highlight, though, was the hospitality—they gave me a complimentary suite upgrade and even surprised me with a birthday cake! It’s rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to detail. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent service. The staff were attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, there appeared to be inconsistency in the information provided regarding breakfast pricing. We were led to believe there was only one breakfast rate and were not told about the discounted pre-arranged breakfast option. This resulted in a difference of around HKD 200 for two people. Clearer communication about available pricing options would be appreciated.
