“We just need someone who speaks English well. ”

“Great place to stay for a couple nights to explore Rila national park. Comfortable beds and beddings, great food, breakfast and dinner.”

“The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst...

“We always enjoy the uniqueness of the place. Its location is great and the facilities are also good. We noticed an obvious uplift in food quality this year. ”

“Amazing staff, properly, amenities, location and nature!!! And dining!!”

“The listing for this apartment hotel was misleading. It said that it has Spa Facilities and swimming pool but it did not. There was such in nearby building in another hotel with similar name that charged extra 43 eur and said they have nothing to do with Flora Daisy”

“Everything was very clean, great facilities, good selection of food. The only improvement would be the bed in the room. We stayed in 804 and the mattress was so worn it had dips in it which made for an uncomfortable sleep.”

“Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.”

“Clean room, friendly staff,-digital check in, surrounding area.”

“Parfait”

“Quarto limpo, grande, tranquilo. Refeições boas. Piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Não usei o SPA por opção minha. Bom estacionamento coberto. A recepcionista do check in foi maravilhosa, dia 16/05 , atenciosa, simpática , me levou até perto da cancela que acessa o estacionamento, mostrou o hotel, avisou que tentaria um check out às 14h se o apartamento não estivesse com reserva e tudo com um sorriso no rosto. Em contra partida, a recepcionista do dia 17 era totalmente diferente. Não esboçou um...

“Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English. Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet). Spa was not worth it either. Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries. Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.”

“The room was not clean during my stay.”
