Overall, we had a good stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the hotel is huge with lots of amenities and plenty to see and do. Everything that was listed as being included was available, so there were no surprises there. The only thing I really wish the room had was a coffee machine and a microwave. Those would have been nice little conveniences, especially for a longer stay. Other than that, I enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be clean, spacious, and well equipped.

Hotel was clean! Staff was helpful as well as the casino being huge! Highly recommend!

Overall it’s pretty good.

We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. This is definitely a place we look forward to visiting again! The only frustration we encountered was with our room key, which required three separate trips to the front desk before it finally worked. It was quite inconvenient to arrive at our room, only to discover that the key was not functioning and have to make our way back to the front desk repeatedly. Despite this inconvenience, our overall experience was excellent, and we would certainly return. Hopefully, the room key issue can be addressed to make future stays even more enjoyable.

Tiny tiny tiny bathrooms. only one night stand at the bed. Living room and kitchen were fine. Floor was dirty, some of the dishes and silverware in the cupboard were dirty.

Overall, a good stay. I’d stay here again if I’m in town. The main downside was the check-in process. The line moved extremely slowly, and the front desk seemed badly understaffed.
