“We only stayed here for one night, on our way back to Belfast to return home from our tour of Ireland. The hotel looked a bit rundown from the outside, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a large, bright reception area and a welcoming receptionist. Our room was ready, so she let us check in an hour early and we went to have a look at our room. “The hotel was a bit dull, I had to pay in advance; although I had to pay an expensive room, they charged me an extra cost of more than 30 pounds to change the king bed to twin beds which is unacceptable and additionally we were located in a room for disabled people although we requested a different one. The options in the breakfast were very poor and the service a bit slow. I would not recommend this hotel at all: too expensive and poor service and it is not even well located.”
