“We were instantly upgraded due to a leak caused by storm Amy in our room. The staff were so good and nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was wonderful, we had the full Scottish breakfast and enjoyed a lovely meal and cocktails in one of two bars. Can’t fault this place! I’d go back for sure! ”

“Really enjoyed our stay at Tontine. Very well located for getting around Greenock and travelling to Glasgow and other surrounding towns. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and rooms were clean and comfortable. There were quite a few parties over the weekend in the event room but we didn’t hear anything when we went back to our rooms. Nice and quiet. Would recommend. ”

“Frances is such a brilliant host. I arrived to tea and freshly baked scones and a lovely chat after my 3 hour drive from Loch Ness. The shared kitchen/lounge has plenty of room for guests and my room was large and spotlessly clean.
