“The property is beautiful.
Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable.
The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat.
Allen was so gracious and helpful.
The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs.
Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful.
I’d recommend this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who is planning to spend time in...

“This is a beautiful property with a very interesting history. It is situated in a neighborhood so there was no traffic noise and the rooms were very quiet.
But....
1. We did not get the email from the property to access the room. I called the number on the website and the previous owner responded that he had sold the property. He even checked with us the next day to make sure we were ok. We did find the property manager that evening and got into the room.
2. There was no toilet paper in the...
