“Loved everything about our stay. The room was fantastic, clean, roomy. Enjoyed the fireplace in both the bedroom and bathroom. Had a good soak in the whirlpool. Great location near river walkway, restaurants (good brewery).
Staff was incredibly nice and friendly, went the extra mile. Loved talking to Lisa every morning. Good cook and was always helpful.”

“James took great care of us. The property is an amazing old mansion, beautifully restored and very charming. James made us an amazing breakfast and was able to tell us all about the history of the mansion. I highly recommend staying there, truly a memorable experience.”

“The character & history were unbelievable, but the staffing was less than ideal. We didn’t see a single person there. Checkout time was pretty early & if you don’t get to breakfast early, you will miss out. There wasn’t even any coffee left. Glad I got a chance to stay there, but I’m not sure I’d go again…”

“Our stay at the Inn at St. James Court was one of the highlights of our trip. Pat is an incredible host who has truly mastered the art of hospitality. “The property is beautiful.
Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable.
The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat.
Allen was so gracious and helpful.
The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs.
Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. And, the young lady that served us breakfast was very nice and helpful.
