The staff is amazing and super friendly. The hotel is quite new so there still are some technical issues. Like some rooms had no warm water in the shower, some doors are hard to open like the bathroom doors. And the front door of my room didn't close by itself I had to slam it. For the issues I had I was helped by the general manager, who is, in my opinion a great guy. They did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The restaurant staff is still a bit inexperienced but the food is really good. Special thanks to the waitress called Merwe (probably spelled different) for being super friendly and helpful. This is the best Radisson red you will find in Turkey i can promise you that!

Özellikle otel personelinden ayrıca bahsetmek istiyoruz. Herkes son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili, yardımsever ve samimiydi. Kendimizi ilk andan itibaren çok özel ve değerli hissettik. Yemekler de harikaydı! Her şey çok lezzetli, taze ve özenliydi. Çeşitlerin fazla olması ve her damak zevkine hitap etmesi bizim için büyük bir artıydı. Odamız tertemiz, düzenli, konforlu ve çok güzeldi. Otelin genel temizliği de gerçekten takdire değerdi. Her yerde temizliğe ve düzene büyük önem verildiği açıkça görülüyordu. Kısacası bizim için her şey mükemmeldi: personelin ilgisi, yemekler, temizlik, odamız ve otelin genel atmosferi… Hiçbir konuda hayal kırıklığı yaşamadık. Aksine, kendimizi çok rahat ve huzurlu hissettik. Tüm otel ekibine göstermiş oldukları ilgi, güler yüz ve emekleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. ❤️ Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz ve bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Wir haben das Hotel spontan für eine Nacht gebucht, da wir nach einer langen Fahrt einen Zwischenstopp einlegen wollten. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die direkte Lage am Einkaufszentrum, so konnten wir alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der private, videoüberwachte Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, wodurch wir unser Auto sicher abstellen konnten. Für einen Zwischenstopp können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Prachtig hotel met uitstekende service. Ali en Görkem van de receptie waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook alle andere personeel waren vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze. De kamer en het hotel waren schoon, ruim en goed verzorgd. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Vi blev mødt af hjælpsomme og smilende personale. Vores bil blev parkeret og hentet hver gang vi skulle afsted. Værelset var kæmpe stort, meget rent og flot indrettet. Morgenmaden var god, der var alt, hvad man søgte. Der var en indgang til et indkøbscenter fra hotellet og det var luksus mht. aftensmaden eller når man lige manglede noget. Det er et hotel vi absolut booker igen

Det var et fantastisk sted at opholde sig på. Hotellet, faciliteterne, værelserne og personalet var i top. Hvis man er i bil er afstand til byen ikke noget problem. Vi kunne godt lide at hotellet var lidt ude af det støjende byliv. Hotellet kan varmt anbefales.
