This is a fabulous hotel! In fact, I with I stayed here the entire time I was in Izmir. It’s clean, in a good location, staff is very helpful and nice, breakfast was great, the bed and shower were great also. I highly recommend this place!!

Great location near Smyrna, train station and the bay. Mattress was nice and soft and exceeded expectations. They also offer laundry service which helped on my second week of stay.

We drive there. They had on site parking with their valet included. The breakfast was great with a good variety of items. The bathroom amenities were standard. If you are particular, bring your own. Over all, a great place to stay.

The hotel has good aspects: great location, clean room, and a good breakfast. However, I’m rating it 3 stars due to the unacceptable behavior of the breakfast staff. Two employees spent the entire morning standing with their arms crossed, staring down guests, creating an awkward and uncomfortable atmosphere. To make matters worse, today (16/09/2026), a staff member dropped a knife while clearing a table and, instead of picking it up, literally kicked it across the dining floor all the way to the kitchen. Everyone watched in disbelief at such rudeness, poor hygiene, and lack of professional standards. Completely unprofessional

We stayed at the Emens Hotel for three nights. It is in a great location. Easy walking distance to the Bazaar, Open Agora and the ocean. Lots of things to see and many donar shops, cafes and restaraunts in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and the western style coffee machine was a nice bonus! Less than a10 minute walk to the main train station. We highly recommend.

I loved everything about our stay and the helpfulness of the staff. We stayed in April, so the weather was lovely, when we asked if room temperature could be switched to cooling we were told this would not be available but was something that was going to be an option in the future. This would truly make the stay 100% perfect.
