Hotel very well located in the area of Konak, allowing you to enjoy a nice walk to the main attractions in this area. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Personal very welcoming and helpful. A good choice for a good value.

Great stay in Izmir.

Hotel location very central to everything including the bazaar, waterfront and train station. The room has big windows so lots of light. Breakfast was amazing and a coffee machine so lattes, cappuccinos..ect! The room was quiet. Very clean and great shower. No complaints.

Booked the suite which came with the hot tub. Room was nice and spacious, however upon filling the hot tub and turning it on, the jets pushed out loads of dirt and hair. It obviously wasn’t being cleaned regularly, and is a serious health risk. On top of that, there was a leak at the bottom which had water going onto the floor whenever the water was running. I spoke with the front desk and they had maintenance check it, who said they will clean the hot tub and ‘run a few cycles’ but at this point I was disgusted. They did offer to change me to another room with a hot tub, however I declined as I didn’t believe that was fixing the issue of the hot tubs being poorly maintained. I then asked to have a partial refund because I had paid extra to use a hob tub that was not fit for use, which they said wasn’t possible. This problem ruined the trip as it was something I was looking forward to having for my partners birthday. The staff were nice enough but were more interested in making excuses for the dirty hot tub rather than doing the right thing. The location is good, being in the centre of Izmir and a short walk to the sea. However if anyone is booking a room facing the main road, be aware that you can hear the cars very clearly and there is a night club on the other side of the road which plays loud music until 3am every night (not necessarily the fault of the hotel but it has to be mentioned).

The hotel was more cleaner than my expectations. The staff was very friendly and caring especially Yousaf and Eget. This hotel is also in the middle of the old city, everything is walking distance. Metro is very close by and cheap. Highly recommended!!!

Room was clean, staff was very kind, I initially booked this room because it was supposed to have breakfast included, there was no breakfast, they stated their restaurant was under renovation. Down side was you can hear all the noise from outside, and obviously no breakfast.
