“This place was perfect for our multi-family group coming through for the Shimanami Kaido. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we needed even slippers. It was a beautiful authentic Japanese space with all the modern amenities. There’s not a lot around but Family Mart is about a 5 min bike ride away. We ordered breakfast through this stay with Wakka which was about a less than min bike ride away. I would definitely recommend this place - a great value stay.”

“It’s an old concrete hotel at the top of a hill, not really close by anything. The staff were nice, but the room was small. Breakfast was good. You need a car to get there. I don’t think it was worth the price.”

“This villa was hands down the best accommodation of our entire Japan trip. If you are traveling the Shimanami Kaido, do yourself a favor and book this absolute perfection of a stay. Here is why it stands out: • Phenomenal island views: The landscape from the property is stunning, and you can take a bath while soaking in the incredible scenery. • Fully stocked kitchen: The amazing kitchen comes completely equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. • Premium convenience: They...

“Lovely small hotel with a calm zen vibe. Very clean room with modern Japanese styling. Loved the free goodies in the mini fridge and the Bose speaker! Staff were helpful in answering questions, even if our ability to communicate was limited ;)”

“Beautiful place. I highly recommend. The staff was lovely, the breakfast very good.”

“Excelente servicio, muy atentos y muy bien ubicado”

“Really enjoyed my stay here ! The owner was very kind and gave us great recommendations for food ! The hostel was unique and cozy and I would recommend staying here !”

“Great to have a cafe/shared space open until midnight. The atmosphere, food and coffee were top notch. Would stay again. Very unique place to be.”

“Gran experiencia y sorpresa…. Desde el lugar donde está el hotel, junto a un jardín con cerezos, y junto al museo… hasta el check out…. todo fue espectacular, la habitación es muy amplia y agradable, decorada con algunos detalles que sólo acentúan la impresionante vista que tienes desde el ventanal de tu habitación! Es realmente hermosa… Un bar en el 3er piso con terraza, muy agradable y personal que habla varios idiomas, algo que agradecí enormemente… Su Onsen, hermoso, muy bien...

“Was a lot smaller than pictures showed”

“A 10 minute walk from Onomichi station, area is a bit gloomy at night and no eating places nearby. Provides a mix of private rooms with bathroom and hostel rooms with shared facilities, this is not unusual in Japan. There is a bar and some breakfast foods with kettle in the room. No great on sound proofing but quiet generally from 10-630, say, so fine for sleeping on firm bed. Good value.”

“La nevera tiene un sonido muy alto ,la desconecta,os de noche”

“Me gustó mucho la ubicación, Imabari es pequeño pero creo que la ubicación nos hizo sentir acogidos inmediatamente, llegamos caminando de la estación, caminamos al castillo, caminamos a la estación de bicicletas, todo cerca. Por cierto el desayuno incluido es muy rico.”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE!”
