Amazing hotel! The food was incredible! The staff was so friendly and lovely! The pool, our room, and hotel was so clean and the ocean was a dream! Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Great stay.. expensive so come prepared,, charge extra $200/night on top of restore fee to cover expenses.. if you don’t use it you get it back but if you go over $200 they charge you another $200

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove. The resort is beautiful and elegant, and the service throughout the property was excellent. We especially enjoyed Fish by José Andrés and Paranza, where the food and service were outstanding. The beach was beautiful, with crystal-clear water and soft sand. Our only disappointment was the beach service for drinks and refreshments, which was very limited and sometimes almost nonexistent. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely return!

We stayed at Atlantis for seven days, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing considering the cost and reputation of the resort. For our entire seven-day stay, a significant portion of the resort and its amenities were either closed or only partially operating. This included major water amenities, portions of the water park, pools, and multiple restaurants. We were not given adequate warning before our trip that so much of what we were paying to experience would be unavailable. The water amenities are one of the main reasons people choose Atlantis, so spending an entire week there with such limited access was incredibly frustrating. Even more concerning was our experience with the elevators. Our room was located on the 21st floor, and we became trapped in one of the elevators for approximately 40 minutes. This was frightening and felt like a serious safety issue, particularly because taking the stairs was not a realistically accessible alternative—the stair access was essentially on the other side of the resort. What made the situation even more alarming was that only a couple of hours after we were trapped, another person became stuck in the same elevator for over an hour. After an incident had already occurred with us, we could not understand why that same elevator was apparently still accessible without first ensuring that it was safe and functioning properly.
