“The room was clean. However we had the room at the very end of the hall. It was inconvenient. But they said that that was the only premier twin that they had. The bathroom was not up to par. The water didn’t go down the drain, so it kinda flooded. It was hard to fix the water temperature, I had to shower a few times with cold water. The staff had to adjust the water heater for me. There was no fridge in the room. They had a fridge in the lobby where you can store stuff. And not even a lot, maybe...

“My favorite hotel in Alabang to stay at is the one I truly cherish. I love the restaurant Cafe Romulo, and Efren, the manager, is genuinely the best. The servers are always wonderful and caring.
All I can say is, this place is truly special!
