They were flexible and allowed me to check in early and hold my stuff at concierge when I had to go somewhere and didn’t have time to go back to my room. Staff was friendly and helpful too. I definitely recommended the hotel, especially, shops and restaurants are only across the street from the hotel.

Top-notch hotel centrally located at the heart of BGC. High Street is just a few steps away, near all the best restaurants and shops, hospital, banks, market, drugstore, and grocery, Can't beat the location. The hotel itself is very well-maintained. I had a washer and dryer in my room, so doing laundry was a breeze. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in the Philippines.

Every member of staff we encountered were very gracious and professional. They went out of their way to help with the smallest things. The restaurants have excellent food and ambiance. The breakfast buffet can get crowded, but the staff are quick to get anything needed, turnover tables, and keep things running smoothly. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great Location/Clean room/friendly staff/Rea in housekeeping Cons: Hotel is budget hotel quality pretending to be luxury hotel. The bathroom doesn't even have a tub, it looks exactly the same as my bathroom with the same cheap Wilcon faucet. I can see all the repaints that don't even match the original. Stayed 4 nights, never once was there hot water, it was lukewarm at best. Twice the concierge couldn't even help me book a restaurant reservation that evening, excuses that no one was answering. After I figured out how to dial PH number, I called the restaurant right there in the lobby and they picked up the phone right away. I told concierge I no longer need their help. Seda standard of luxury is no where near the luxury standard of international hotel brands.
