“For the price I expected hot water and cleaning service at least once in my three days there. I had to ask for more toilet paper. I had to run the water for at least five minutes on full hot to get warm water. It was very clean and the staff were wonderful.”

“We had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed and was only given one sheet snd blanket, one pillow. We had to go get them. They said ne t time ask for two sheets. All rest was great.”

“The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We have stayed in other Fairfield Inns, this was simply sub par. Room was excellent, clean and cool.”

“The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.”
