“The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.”

“We marked our stay as poor due to smell of the rooms. Understand this is a pet friendly hotel. If you are not aware of this hopefully now you are. We have stayed at many Home2Suites and always had a good experience. Room cleanliness was good but our first room absolutely smelled like a wet dog. We asked to transfer rooms and staff was very friendly and allowed us to change rooms. However, the second room smell was even worse and smelled like cat urine. At this point we decided to ask the...
