“FANTASTIC HOTEL. The location, the service, the bar and restaurant were all truly 5 star. Woke up this morning after truly good sleep in massive room overlooking the priory and ruins. The reception staff was simply wonderful, just little things like letting us have a coffee and a croissant when we came in to drop suitcases off before check in time. Little drink tokens on the house, to be enjoyed in a truly gorgeous bar & restaurant. We loved everything and will be back 😊”

“Room Sofa stained in several places Toilet flush not working properly House keeping poor Complementary fruit got changed dirty plate to more rotten fruit Breakfast First day food was the wrong order Then had to be changed with cold plates and Luke warm food which had to be changed Evening bar Not busy but had to wait 30 minutes for the sandwich to arrive Second day I asked for a bacon and egg sandwich I got toasted bread Luke warm tough bacon and over cooked egg Missed out on there fire...

“Staff were just spot on. A warm welcome & so so helpful. Even when we had a teeny issue with our meal, they apologised, sorted & kept ensuring the rest of our meals / stay were as we would expect. Breakfast was one of the best I have experienced.”

“Very friendly, welcoming and clean from what we saw. We left 30mins before breakfast so unfortunately missed out on that. Only issue I have is one of the shower gels tubes used were empty. Otherwise comfortable bed and peaceful night. Would stay again snd recommend”
