“well I didn't like the soap/shampoo dispensers on wall, who knows what could be put in them, rather have soap bars-safer. the desk staff was nice, but the breakfast staff was rude, couldn't keep up with what was needed, then to run out of potatoes at 7am was really a pisser. go back to the gravy and biscuits and eggs, the omelets were terrible.”

“Staff is amazing, always ready to help with any need. The breakfast has become an expected thing with Holiday Inn Express and the ladies taking care of it here did an incredible job considering the hotel was completley booked with a wedding, high school sports teams, racing teams competing at US 131 in Martin and the normal travellers they always take care of. Despite being right off 131, you don't hear traffic noise which is great too. Single complaint, while advertised as a "smoke free"...
