“Excelente”

“Primer día nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación 2 veces por diferentes causas ( no funcionaba la tv y ventana rota) todos los días teníamos que bajar a recepción por que no funcionaba la tarjeta para abrír la puerta y el último día llegamos a la habitación y no había toallas con lo cual toco bajar una segunda vez. “Personal muy amable. Muy buen desayuno. El hotel limpio, pero lejos de todo.”

“The staff were absolutely Amazing and the hotel is lovely, really good value for money”

“The description of the Nuffield Health facility as a spa is somewhat misleading - it’s a sports club with a pool used for (noisy) swimming lessons, there is nothing relaxing about it as there are just 3 “beds” to sit on around the pool, and members make an issue of anyone having left a towel on there for just a few minutes (rudely removing it and taking the bed for their own use).”

“A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. ”

“We have stayed at the hotel on several occasions now and find the staff so helpful & friendly .Breakfast was excellent and with some refurbishment works planned the appearance of some of the rooms should be improved,”

“From the staff, to the gorgeous rooms, the bar and restaurant areas, it was nigh on perfect. The air con unit occasionally got a bit noisy, but it was still a fabulous stay. We were there for one night, so I do wonder whether a longer stay might have made that part a little more frustrating over time. Otherwise, we loved it!”
