“It was snowing when we arrived. The room was very cold because of no heating. I returned to reception, complained and the heating was connected, After a few hours the room heated up. At 2 am I woke up. The room was very cold and without heating. I called reception for more that 30 minutes but no one answered. In the morning I complained. The hotel answered that there was nothing that could be done. No shampoo in the room. I will not return. Not recommendable.”

“Absolutely lovely property in the centre of Howarth. Very well presented, super clean and tidy and had everything you need for your stay. There was fresh milk in the fridge and lots of little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable. Only challenge is the parking but I'm sure that is the same for every property in Howarth. The streets are very narrow and many properties have cones outside or big 'no parking' signs so you have to be lucky to find a spot nearby. Other than parking, we...

“A small privately owned hotel, good situation for a visit to Saltaire. Many people arrived by train which was a short walk away. The owner was very helpful, even writing us a map to Saltaire.”

“We stayed in the Linwood Suite for 1 night. The room was spacious, luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast was of a high quality. The room is immediately above the function area and noise travels easily (there was a wedding reception) - we weren't warned about this previously but it was not a problem as we went out to dinner and the noise quietened down before midnight. Unfortunately the experience was ruined by loud noise in the room. It was a mechanical noise which sounded like a generator...
