“We always enjoy our stay at the Honua Kai. Wide open property with multiple pools. Great Duke's poolside service. Easy parking garage with above ground options. Plus, a great walkway along the beach or neighboring resorts. We look forward to returning.”

“The Kapalua Bay Villas are located on the cliffs above Kapalua Bay. The Villa we were in had a large grass area in front of us, then the cliffs, ocean, etc. Yremendiously beautiful setting. Sitting on the patio and listening to the wind and waves is incredibly tranquil... It is truly a multimillion dollar view. While I give 5 stars, mostly for the location, as the actual condo is starting to get a bit run down. The walls need paint and some repairs. The counter grout is chipping out of...

“Everything is OK. The property is not clean good enough. Need to buy the new pillows , comforters and towels.”

“I was very excited about my stay until I arrived at the condo. The good: Close to beach, zoo, aquarium, and shopping. The bad: The beds were very uncomfortable and mine had bed bugs (my legs were bitten quite a bit), the shower water was inconsistent (hot/cold/hot), and there was a smell of musty mold throughout the hallways. The garage is very tight so be cautious driving through for parking. There are no stairs, only elevators which are often full so you will be waiting for 2 or 3 elevators if...
