This is a great property to stay at. It’s clean it’s comfortable and it’s in a great walking location to the Waikiki area. I felt the price was very good and affordable with what you received. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Property was just as listed. Clean and was a great homebase while in Waikiki. Walking distance to beach, mini mart on site, and parking pass was a great option. Plenty of room, even with the Murphy bed down. Definitely recommend.

Great location with great service. Parking with no additional fee was the great deal in Hawaii and the full kitchen option worked out great for our family. We didn't have any issues while we stayed at sweetwater waikiki. The only thing what was inconvenient is you need to bring the dirty towels to be able to exchange to new towels.

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Room was clean and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to cook. Coffee pot, toaster. Full size fridge/freezer. Great view of pool deck. Nice staff, super easy check in. They had boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas to borrow. Laundry on each floor. Parking was only $50 per week, that alone makes it worth it. Probably our new favorite spot in Waikiki.

It is just the perfect place to stay on your Hawaii vacation, it has everything you need. A block from the beach, convenience stores, restaurants at walking distance… parking included (which will be very expensive if you are staying at a hotel). The place is very convenient, smooth check in/out process… and the staff is there to help with anything you will need

Slightly limited check in times with limited office hours. The photo on our particular room had different beds but the one we had was perfect anyway. On a subtle small note - the chap greeted us and checked us in at 3:30pm - he said our room is ready so they will let us check in early. So is their check in later but it was 3pm on the hotels.com - or he may not have known what time it was - he was very nice but also it wasn't worth clarifying.

We had a very plesant stay as a family of 4 (with 2 small kids). The unit was clean and functional, we were on the 14th floor with a view on the freshly renovated pool deck. The Waikiki Banyan (the actual building) is ideally situated with just a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed it a lot, to be also down on the waterfront for an evening walk in no time. Parking costs 50$ a week now, which is probably still a competitive deal. The garage has a clearance restriction (but we saw still surprisingly big cars in there) - for us with a Nissan Altima, spaces were comfortable and on the higher levels there was always a lot ot space to park when we got there. Because it is close to Kapahulu avenue, it was not too bad to get in and out of Waikiki even through traffic. It is true that the units/infrastructure are a bit dated, but as said, everything in the appartment was clean and free of odd smells, the only thing the really needed attention at least in our unit is the aircon, as it is a one-unit system next to the balcony door, which was very loud and rusting away on the outside part. Some other reviews mention peak times at the elevators leading to long waits - this is indeed true, mostly around 10 a.m.. Once we figured that out, we tried to avoid that time and had little issues after that. For what we paid (there was a discount on expedia), we received great value for money and would totally recommend to come here and happily come again!
