“Late check-in was great thanks to a really helpful person (1.8.2026). He made sure from start to finish that we could get in and get the car to the guarded parking lot. In the morning he was happy to open the reception so we could continue our journey smoothly. More people like this in customer service. Breakfast was also excellent.”

“The young guy that was in the reception for the second night accused me of having someone else in the room when I lost my key and asked for an new one, he even came with me and enter in me room because he wanted to inspect the room. The hotel is good, but that was the last time for me there.”

“All was ok until someone from the stuff approached me during breakfast raising her voice (almost screaming) telling me that breakfast was not included (it was) and that I should go to reception. I left in the middle of my breakfast y confirmed that it was included with reception. Nobody apologised for that situation. What a way to waste an experience.”

“We loved the location. Really enjoyed the mining museum and nearby restaurants. It was peaceful and quiet. The little touches at the Villa were nice (fresh flowers along the stairs). It was very modern and sparkly clean.”
