“Although the outside looks less than desirable, the room itself wasn’t bad and the beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Hallways had a stale smell, but the rooms did not. Wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t the best either. Staff was very friendly.”

“ The hotel don have a really breakfast, only fruits, coffe, te and muffins, the elevator out of service, one door open all time and any security becuase this door ia to the back of hotel, i reuqest clean an change towells.. never clean and only put a few towels on the washbasin, never removed the trash... terrible ”

I purchased a can of Raid, hoping it would help, but within less than a day, the entire can was used up with no noticeable improvement. I immediately informed the receptionist about the issue, but her responses were consistently hostile and dismissive, as if she didn’t care about my concerns.
