Our stay was absolutely perfect. They helped me prepare a surprise for my son and husband's birthday upon our arrival with balloons and cake. The joy in his little face was worth everything! The room and bathroom were impeccable. The room was quiet and the bed was so comfy it was hard to get up each day. Can't wait to go back!

The staff was wonderful, rooms looked nice, but beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The pools were a complete disappointment. The pictures make it seem you have a view of the park, you don’t. You see a wall in either direction. It isn’t very big and it was packed with children. The dinner was delicious but over the weekend they only offer brunch menu until 3pm which is only breakfast items. The poolside bites were also a letdown. Ordered a quesadilla and it was so thin and tortilla was stale. I have stayed at many luxury resorts, this one looks beautiful and the staff was top notch, but the experience just wasn’t there sadly.

Perfect Hotel. Lovely staff. Perfectly clean and certainly 5-star. Great location in Charlotte. A green walking area near Ballantyne, a huge play area for children. Delightful restaurants nearby in easy walking distance, through the green area.

The room was clean and the restaurants were great, the pool on the other hand was a little outdated and very loud with children playing and going in and out of the hottub. I feel if they are going to have the prices of a high end spa there should be a separate area for children and other hotel guests. It completely ruined my zen with the spa.
