No one at reception, after driving 5 1/2 hours we waited 10 mins then someone else told us u have to ring a number.
Fridge didn't work it was warm, milk was warm. We had food so had to go and buy bags of ice. Dishes were dirty. Holes in wall, broken tiles in bathroom, no fan in bathroom. Rang them back about the fridge, they send a girl, she said I'll tell them. Hr later owner turned up said I'll...

“We got the ship room, with balcony - quirky but very dated. The lower part of the boat is quite humid - at night you must close all windows unless you want milllion bugs in your room, so no way to sit outside and enjoy the stars but during the day the views are so pretty.
Overall, fun for the kids , clean and ok for 1 night, expensive though ”
