“This was not one of our best stays. We made our reservation 2 weeks prior to going and when we got there they did not have a room for us. They put us in a room for someone that was going to check-in the next day. The air filter in the room was dirty and we had to get them to change it. We couldn’t get onto the WiFi until the second day because they never changed the name on the room. I asked about it and was told I could use the other person’s last name. “Pague extra por habitación frente a la alberca pero me dieron un cuarto hasta la esquina entonces jamás podía ver la alberca. Necesitaba estar checando a mi hija de 8 años! Lo peor fue encontrar basura de comida y cajas de comida en el balcón . Decidí ir a recepción y explicar la situación y me dieron otro cuarto justo abajo del otro donde de igual manera no se veía la alberca!”
