“Check in was great. The hotel is beautiful and great location. But our toilet didn’t work and when I called I was told that the maintenance guy was on holiday. With no resolution offered until I insisted that we really needed a working toilet. Then we were moved to another room and the rest of the stay was great. It was just a bit off putting that it sounded like we were expected to be fine with a non working bathroom”

Si quieres pagar mucho más, hay hoteles al lado mismo que te costarán mucho más y la calidad será mejor. Hay que saber lo que se compra. “Todo muy bien, pero destacar el restaurante, con buenos platos y barato.”

“La propiedad no tiene ascensor y el edificio es de más de un nivel, las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, todos los pisos suenan bastante al caminar y hacen ruidos extraños, el desayuno no es muy bueno, lo positivo es que hay bastantes opciones para comer cerca y dejan toallas limpias fuera de tu habitación aunque coloques el aviso de no molestar en la puerta ”

“El hotel es tal cual aparece en la aplicación, muy cómodo, en el centro de la ciudad y con personas muy amables, mi esposo tiene movilidad reducida pero pudo acceder a la habitación muy fácil.”

“El hotel aparece como 4estrellas pero en realidad puedo dar 2estrellas. Edificio viejo que se ve que tiene años que no le dan mantenimiento ni limpieza. Alfombras en todo el hotel sucias, los muebles se están cayendo, el baño la repisa de toallas se estaba cayendo, focos fundidos, las toallas eran pequeñas, el único amenity que tiene un bote de jabón que es para nanis, cuerpo y shampoo, no hay nada más. La habitación olía a orines posiblemente por alguna mascota de un huésped anterior....

“Loved our weekend stay here. The lodge was spotless, the bed is really comfortable. The hot tub is a great addition. It was nice sitting outside in the evening beside with the fire pit going. Would recommend bringing a blanket as the pod doesn’t have any and I felt both nights I was there that I wish I had brought a blanket for sitting outside as it does get nippy.
