“After staying 10 days and having vip status for late checkout at 12pm. I was refused 12:30 saying I have to pay huge rate for 30 minutes. This is 4 or 5th stay also. At 12:05 get call from hotel saying late. They lied to me saying fully booked and needed service room. I hurried back but they locked me out of room having go down and get key and stressful argument. Later I check their own website and several hotels sites and all types of rooms were available. Was the 30 minutes worth it”

“The room was cheap and adequate for a night. There's noise until midnight from the bar downstairs but that was expected.
The bathroom was well stocked add the room was very clean. One of the chairs in the balcony needs to be replaced as it's broken.
The only thing that we wish it could be improved was the process to recover items left behind.
The cleaning team and the booking team are somewhat disconnected and we weren't able to recover two things left behind. We don't blame the hotel for...

“This was our second stay here as our choice for accommodation. We were lucky to get the same room which was great. The room well set up with kitchen facilities, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Bed comfy too and quiet as well.
Did not use the gym on the 10th floor but able to get filtered water for our daily outings.
The location is fantastic close to Purple cat stop to get around. We would recommend this hotel for its location and closeness to free public transportation Cats”

“Check in was easy thanks to the 24hr reception. Just outside of that is an amazing selection of vending machines with everything from the usual drinks and snacks to frozen meals, icecreams and toiletries. The laundry (located at the back, in the older section) had 2 dryers and 2 washers. Payment of $6 is via card or app and sachets of laundry powder is available from reception for $1.”

“The bed was very comfy and recently renovated. No vents in the bathrooms so if you're not comfortable with your partner, it can get a bit smelly. Our sink also didn't drain when one of us was in the shower and my husband had problems with the outlets.
Within walking distance of Jacob's ladder to get up to King's park, the Quay, or a river walk. There's also a very picturesque park across the way.
Close the free way and right next to Mount Hospital so the sirens may be a bit annoying. Free...
