“Very dated rooms & uncomfortable beds no air conditioning or fan.
Breakfast only available 8.30 -9 am even though the information card in the room states 8.30-9.30, was told this is only at weekends? So why doesn’t information card state this?
Two of us went for breakfast after 9 and was refused. Chef was only able to make a bacon sandwich. Coffee was thick and gloopy and undrinkable . I have never stayed at a B&B with a 30 mins breakfast window.

“El hotel está súper bonito, súper buena ubicación, solo que nos tocó un cuarto sin aire, nos prestaron un ventilador pero teníamos que dormir con la ventana abierta, mucho ruido afuera, el personal del restaurante y del bar muy bien, pero de recepción no fue el mejor! Los cuartos están muy bonitos!”

“Cory, the manager of The Fox, is a lovely host. Super hard working, he is around to serve breakfast and still managing the bar late at night. Nothing is too much trouble.
The rooms are spacious and warm. Parking is immediately outside the rooms and easily accessed.
Bury St Edmund’s is a lovely town with excellent shopping and coffee shops. Strongly recommend staying at The Fox for visiting Bury St Edmunds.”
