Garland Vacations

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is nicely done and there is a staff member in charge to see to needs and cleanliness. I highly recommend it.

Very Disappointed. I've stayed here many times before and appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. Frustratingly, my rental car was not available on time so I immediately called SpringHill to request a change of room night for the next night. I have proof the rental car agent never showed, I bought extra travel insurance, I paid with AMEX (more insurance) and I'm a BonVoy member. Imagine my surprise when the GM refused to switch my stay for the next night. I told him I would have been happy to pay any extra charge for a Monday night stay, but he refused to honor any credit and charged me for a night's stay. Needless to say, none of my family will be staying at SpringHill again, and frankly, I'm a little turned off the Marriott brand in general.
