I booked this hotel specifically for proximity to the cruise terminal, free breakfast, and shuttle. The only thing that was as advertised was the proximity to the cruise terminal. No breakfast or shuttle was offered, so I had to pay for an Uber to and from the hotel and breakfast for a family of 5. The hotel had a moldy smell, no soap/toiletries and only 1 towel. Hotel staff was very accommodating and professional.

Overall location of property was further away than we expected. It was close to the highway though,, so it wasn’t terrible. We were also surprised to learn there was no breakfast. There was a strong smell of weed in the halls, which may not be the hotel’s fault, but it was unpleasant. Parking is free, which is a plus.

The room was saturated with mole, on the ceiling, the lamp, coffee maker, everywhere. Carpet needed to be vacuumed and maybe wet vac? The carpet felt wet to the touch. I feel I also need to mention the TV was blue and we were not watching avatar. (Pics included)The sheets were stained as well as the mattress. Do not I repeat do not stay here! I DO NOT RECOMMEND 0/10 SN: The staff was pleasant and customer friendly, complete opposite of the hotel. Please go get them out of that place if you are looking to hire customer service professionals.

Housekeeping does not know how to clean. The staff were nice but not very helpful due to the fact the hotel was sold out. The building smells like wet dog and stains on the carpet. My tv was damaged, had a line in the middle. There were plumbing issues in my room. The lamp was rusted, it’s obvious that lamp needed to be replaced all around. My room had soft towels and comfortable bed, so I slept good. Overall I won’t be returning.

Check in was quick and easy and front desk staff was nice. However, while we were waiting in line to check in, there was numerous people who were complaining about their room being dirty which raised some red flags already. Once we got the key to the room and inspected it, it was noted that there was mold. EVERY WHERE. Pictures were taken and we went back down to the lobby to have the issue resolved. Another room was issued but it too had mold, and generally felt/smelt unclean. Spoke with the front desk staff and opted to stay in the initial room due to the cleanliness factor that the second room did not provide, even despite the mold. There was no manager on the property the entire weekend and she was not there when I checked out on Monday. Staff provided not one, but TWO emails to contact her at and I have no heard back in almost 3 weeks. I’ll be attempting to reach her again, if no response then I’ll go above because it was an unsatisfactory stay. Would’ve gone elsewhere but there were no hotels available due to the holiday. Oh, and there was also no complimentary breakfast due to renovations.

Staff was great. Rooms were decent. Bed sheets were stained and looked like they had not been changed. Shower was dirty. Had like boogers stuck on the shower walls along wity some other brown smudges of I don't know what it was. There were body hairs on the soap holder. It obviously looked like the shower was not cleaned either. I was really grossed out. The staff was nice but I will not be staying here again.

So with only one person at the desk.. we began check-in at 6:00 and were in line for approximately 45 minutes while holding our bags. Water pressure in the shower wasn’t good. The rooms WERE CLEAN, which was the biggest plus of our stay. The fridge DID NOT work at all. Breakfast was a singular line of 18 people for the singular waffle maker. No eggs , sausage, nada.

Excellent staff, but the property and amenities need major improvement. I want to start by saying the staff were excellent—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, the condition of the hotel itself overshadowed the great service. There are several issues future guests should be aware of: Property Condition & Cleanliness The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel are far below acceptable standards. I have multiple photos showing cigarette butts scattered around the entrance and surrounding areas, largely because there are no ashtrays provided anywhere near the front doors. The exterior lighting is inconsistent, and I noticed exposed electrical wiring hanging from outlets, which is a safety concern. Gym / Workout Facilities The fitness center is in extremely poor condition. The treadmill is broken. The recumbent bike barely functions. Only 1 of the 3 cardio machines was usable. There are no free weights, no gym towels, no water, no paper towels, and no remote for the TV. Everything—including equipment surfaces—was dusty and dirty. This area appears to have been neglected for a long time. Breakfast Experience The breakfast was honestly one of the worst I’ve encountered at a hotel. Most items were low‑quality, and I watched staff bring in Walmart grocery bags containing baked goods instead of offering fresh or professionally prepared food. Reserved a king and they gave us two beds. The floors all over the entire hotel were filthy and looked like they haven't been mopped in months. They left a used coffee pod in the coffee pot, didn't refill the coffee in the room, and empty sweet n low packets were left in the coffee basket. Check in took forever. We did not have to wait in line but it literally took the lady forever to do whatever she needed to do to check us in. She was friendly though and apologized for the wait. The room was hot and never got cold. The rooms were spacious and the parking lot was nice and big with plenty of parking. I think it was way over priced. I will only stay here again if I'm desperate.

Bed was comfortable, AC cold, shower water pressure great. Smells musty throughout the hotel, the first room supposed to be cleaned, but clearly not. Used soap/ shampoo bottles. Food in the sink. Floor's not vacuumed on week's. Fully opened trash bag with used diapers in the hallway. Second night in our 2nd room, termites from the AC unit to the bathroom, in our bed and lamp shades. Had 4 lamps and only 2worked. We ended our planned stay early because of the termites on our bed.

The property looks good the pool is smaller than what the Picture Show there was no breakfast buffet there was only coffee and mini muffins and a package like from Walmart and we got to the room and there was only one towel and one wash rag we had a room for two beds two adults two kids when we ask for more towels they told us that there was only one Tower per room allowed so for three nights we had to use that towel we had to go buy more towels because they never once came in our room to clean and refreshing sheets or towels three nights we had to use the same towel and sheets for $100 a night I would expect it better breakfast and at least exchange out or towels and our AC would not work correctly either

The front desk staff was great! The rest of the visit was terrible. The first room we got had dirty sheets, the bathroom vent was full of dust and mold, the TV and phone didn't work. We requested a second room and they were accommodating. The bathroom was still not great, but better than the first room and when I went to take a shower the next morning the water was orange and had an awful smell. I let it run for couple of minutes and it didn't clear so needless to say no showers before we headed to our cruise. We booked this hotel because it said breakfast was included but they said the kitchen was under maintenance so no food or coffee. Had we known we would have stayed elsewhere. They said the price was dropped due to no breakfast however the rate was more expensive this trip than our stay in November. Very disappointing and we won't stay there again.
