Clean room, great staff, plenty food options near by including hotel restaurant, which was really good and convenient. Short drive to main monuments.

Other then breakfast everything is perfect For this beautiful hotel must add some good buffet breakfast its suggestions

Clean, beautiful, well located! I paid for 3 supposedly similar rooms-2 had a nice view and had much more room than the 3rd room, which essentially looked at a brick wall. We had requested weeks in advance to be near each other but unfortunately for some reason they were not able to accommodate that request.

The room was very clean.I didn't eat there and had no balcony.

Our stay at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel in Arlington was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, our room had a serious issue—it flooded on our first day. Despite reporting it immediately, we were left to spend our first night in a flooded room. The problem was not addressed until the following day, when we were finally moved. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and concern from the staff. No one followed up with us, apologized, or made any effort to address the inconvenience we experienced. A situation like this should have been handled with urgency and professionalism, but unfortunately, it was not. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
