“Typical mid-range, rural conference hotel. Archaic procedures that required you to head to the reception every single time that you wanted to use fitness facilities or pool. Correct, if not very friendly service. Overpriced, but decent restaurant (besides the pub five minutes walk away, the only dining option around here). Hotel had just reopened after holidays so Wi-Fi wasn't functioning for the first 24 hours. Blimey.”

“Staff are very friendly and breakfast was great! The room we were in was fairly clean, the toilet seat wasn't fixed properly and kept sliding off. There was dust bunnies under the radiator and we were only given two tissues in the holder for our two night stay for a family of four (but 100% positive we would have been given more if requested as staff were lovely) The shower only had two temperatures scolding hot or cold was difficult to find a decent temp. Overall the room itself is not 5 star...

“Staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. The location is a bit further out which means you should plan travel accordingly. The rooms were clean and the staff gave you all the information you needed if you had to contact them.”

“Very clean and great staff. The breakfast was lovely. Nice to find out that the meat from the brasserie is all halal, which meant I had a steak on our second night. Also the ravioli dish was wonderful too. Loved the food. The spa facilities are fantastic and not busy. Other guests were perfectly pleasant, didn't experience any issues considering we were the only non-white couple there and my wife dresses modestly. “Nice location in quiet village which was very handy for silverstone park & ride. Plenty of parking. Nice room with hotel overall having an oldy world feel. Staff were very friendly accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was included freshly cooked with good range of choices.
