It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided. “Lovely stay, rooms located separate from the pub to keep noise down. Staff were brilliant and very reasonably priced.”

“Easy to find, parking available. Clean room and lovely garden to relax in. Breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were very welcoming and relaxed. Quiet property and a good location as it is only 3 miles from Dunster.”

“This hotel does not have staff as you do a self check in so it is not possible to rate this part of the survey. The hotel offers no amenities, however there is a kettle and tea/coffee provided . The room was perfectly fine for one night. Comfortable and clean although needs updating and there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The room was unbearably hot. A fan was provided but it was not affective in the size of the room so maybe worth the hotel provided a second fan. Other than that not a bad...
