“I had a very nice three night stay here. Comfortable bed and bathroom, nice breakfast and indeed bar and dinner, helpful and efficient staff and plenty of parking. I will be back for a couple of nights next spring, and will also try other hotels in the chain.”

“Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre.”

“Stafff friendly, good location. Everything clean . .highly recommend xx”

“Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay”

“Decent stay with good amenities.”

“I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!”

“The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit.”

“En-suite and bedroom clean and ideal for business overnight staff”

“The property is in a good location with a cafe and pub restaurant within a few minutes walk. Also the train station is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is allocated parking outside but it was generally taken by others. I found the property a bit lacking in creature comforts. A lamp and table by the bed would be handy but there are some in the upstairs room but I used the middle floor to be near the bathroom. I only stayed two nights so it was fine for me. The actual terrace of cottage’s is a bit...

“The accommodation was modern, spotlessly clean and tidy. The location for our requirements was excellent. There was mike and orange juice supplied in the fridge. The only criticism is that the room was very hot and there were no fans and on a personal note the double bed was very small, but these points would not stop us going back. Other than that I would highly recommend.”

“I stay here regularly. A real local pub, where regulars seem to meet early evening but it gets quiet later. Very friendly atmosphere. Simple but great value rooms, good shower and comfortable warm rooms. Parking at rear and short walk to town centre. Excellent Italian restaurant ROPPERS just 200m away”

“House was clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay”

“A picturesque cottage and garden with very clean, well appointed modern facilities. Breakfast was excellent and the owner was very helpful.”

“The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing.”

“No communication ended up in hospital messaged them no reply messaged again no reply nearly week gone now still nothing from them ”
