Upon check in we were told the pool was down and seems it had been for months. No where online was this stated and no refund was offered. Staff seemed like they could care less. Our room had random hairs in the bathroom, was grungy around the toilet, and used ear plugs on the bedroom floor. Beds were very comfortable and the shades work well. Showers were cold that night but warm the next morning. Breakfast was good, pancake maker was down, however they had a lot of other options to choose from. Overall good location however there is a lot to work on and staff could definitely be more hospitable.

The room was very very clean, spacious and comfortable. They have the best pillows that I have ever used at a hotel. The only complaint I would have is that the bathroom fan was very loud and noisy. There was no option to turn it off as it was connected to the light.

The hotel was recently purchased by Holiday Inn and is being refurbished. Our room was exceptionally clean with new carpet and bathroom. Bed were great. Very nice experience.
