“The Sage Room was a very comfortable and clean room. The electric fireplace was cozy, and we appreciated the TV had access to all the streaming services. The breakfast was a delicious open-faced breakfast sandwich with a toasted croissant, crispy bacon, lettuce and tomato with a fried egg and hollandaise sauce. The homemade strawberry compote on top of plain yogurt was a delicious finish. The coffee was good, but it would have been better if it was hotter. ”

“This is a wonderful historic hotel that has been beautifully modernized. Our room was spacious with inspired decor. The staff was exceptionally kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We loved our stay at the Walper. The breakfast is no longer free, but it's very good. As was dinner at the hotel's TWH. Pricey, but what restaurant isn't these days?”

“It was a little pricy but worth it. The bed was soft and the shower was divine. The hotel is centrally located and the staff and friendly. They have a breakfast to your bedroom order card which I really liked. It was tasty and a nice wake up call in the morning. I also like the smart tv. You can easily attach your own devices so you can watch your favourite shows like at home. ”

“My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful mini-vacation here! The bathroom was downright luxurious - though shared, which did make for some uncertainty - and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a very relaxing time staying there, everything felt clean and organized, and the property and surrounding areas were gorgeous. Very much recommend!”
