Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you ”

“On the plus side the housekeeper was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was beautifully tiled but the fittings were not working as they should. We did mention that the sink plug stuck but it was still the same when we left. Breakfast was also excellent and could not fault the full English for quality and cooking. Only minuses are traffic noise - which is beyond the hotel’s control - but they are single glazed sash windows which we had opened because of the hot...

“No air conditioning in bedroom and a 10.5 tog duvet on the bed in summer. Couldn't have the window open as room was on the ground floor and the safety cable, designed to stop the window being opened more than a couple of inches, was broken and hanging off. After enduring a very uncomfortable night I asked the receptionist if the duvet could be replaced with a lighter one. She said she would speak to housekeeping and that perhaps they could supply a couple of sheets if a duvet was not available....
