“Bad start with very tough beef strogonoff but recompensed without debate. Clean and comfortable but dining chairs could do with re padding. Tough 9 hole golf but swimming pool has limited capacity and I missed out. Good breakfast.Useful location near Railway station and plenty parking. Just needs more a bit more effort but enjoyable.”

“The room was lovely. Room 5. It had a refurbishment. It was like staying in a country cottage. It was very clean. Tea/coffee making facilities. Good selection of breakfast you could have. Full english was very tasty. The staff were polite. The bar was a bit pricey along with the food.”

“The room was tiny. The bed was small and not a double as advertised. Bed could only fit in the room by being pushed up against the wall so could only be accessed from one side. Bed was uncomfortable and prevented any sleep. Bathroom was so small it was not possible to sit on the toilet! Room was situated next to an outside generator or aircon unit which was loud. I don’t believe any guest should be expected to stay in this room.”
