“Esta muy apartado del centro. Pero al lado de la estación de St Leonard Warrior. Una zona no muy buena. El hotel es más como una pensión. Aparentemente parece que está bien. Pero luego una vez allí se nota la falta de mantenimiento y personal. La habitación normal. El agua de la ducha sin presión. La cama bien. La tele no funcionaba bien. Tiene un patio muy mono. El desayuno normal. Lo mejor sin duda el recepcionista Francisco, como no, español. Muy caro para lo que es. No repetiría. ”

“Room was clean and functional although furniture was rather old fashioned - e.g. writing desks rather than any clothes drawers. Breakfast was excellent! Staff very friendly and helpful.”

“El bed and breackfast es muy lindo, todo muy limpio y modernizado, pero TODOS los bed and breackfast que me he quedado en mi vida incluyen breackfast, el mismo nombre lo dice, por lo general esa es la magia del bed and breackfast y este NO INCLUYE DESAYUNO, por lo cual me parece engañoso llamarlo asi”

“Very clean and a nice big room, huge bathroom. We was on the very top floor and had to walk through the ballroom to get to our room!! 4 flights of stairs, 66 steps! Although the room was lovely, the bed was awful. Extremely creaky and bouncy matress lead to a terrible night sleep. Surrounding area and Hastings are lovely. You can walk to Hastings in half an hour along the sealine or get a bus. ”

“Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel.”

“Claverton staff, food, room and gardens all excellent. The functions on 2 nights in function room and beer garden below our room was noisy and therefore took edge off stay hence the 4 stars and would not return in the future.”
