“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. “Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. “El hotel en sí está bien. Es un apartahotel, con habitaciones con cocina, cosa en la que no me fijé.
La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma.
Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal.
Lo malo es que el hotel queda un poco a trasmano de todo Port Vila, por lo que te tocará andar un rato medio (+/- 15min) para llegar al centro.

“We felt very welcomed at Tropicana the staff were very friendly and helpful. Diana even took us around the island for the day. The kids loved the pool and kayaks in the lagoon. The apartments came fully equipped so you can cook your own meals as well. Would recommend!”
